Pesto
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups arugula, packed
1 cup basil, packed
1 large clove garlic
1⁄4 cup parmesan, grated 1⁄2 cup pistachios
1⁄4 cup + 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon zest
1⁄2 cup Masseria Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:

In a food processor or small blender, pulse all ingredients together until desired consistency.
