Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp shallots, minced
1 tsp chives, mined
1 tsp tarragon, minced
1 1⁄2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 tbsp lemon juice
6 tbsp Masseria Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:

In a small bowl, whisk together dijon, vinegar, lemon juice, shallots, chives, and tarragon.

Drizzle olive oil into the bowl to emulsify. Season with salt and pepper.
