We then infused it with natural Sicilian chili and garlic extracts made exclusively with Chili and Garlic, and nothing else. No preservatives, no chemicals, no refined oils or seed oils. Anybody can taste the difference with these two!
The chili builds slowly, never overpowering, and the garlic is savory without being sharp. Both finish smoothly, still carrying the bright, grassy, peppery character of our Nocellara Etnea olives.

Masseria is made entirely of organic Nocellara Etnea olives, a cultivar that is only grown at the base of Mount Etna, an active volcano in Sicily, Italy.

The volcanic soil in this area is rich in nutrients and minerals, which gives the Nocellara Etnea olives a distinct flavor profile, with a slightly spicy and fruity taste.
