Watermelon & Feta Checker Board Salad

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz watermelon, cut into 9 - 1 ½ in cubes
8 oz feta in brine, cut into 9 - 1 ½ in cubes
1 lime, juiced and zested
¼ cup small fresh basil leaves
¼ cup Masseria Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 



DIRECTIONS:

  1. On a platter, arrange watermelon and feta in a checkered pattern.

  2. Top with lime juice, zest, and basil leaves.

  3. Finish with a hefty drizzle of Masseria. Serve with toothpicks or small forks.
