Burrata Salad
Grilled Peach, Burrata and Prosciutto Salad

INGREDIENTS:
2 peaches
Sliced 2 oz prosciutto slices
4 oz burrata ball
½ cup fresh basil leaves
Masseria Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the grill to 450F.

Lightly brush Masseria on peach slices. Grill 1 minute on each side until marked.

On a plate or small platter, add grilled peaches. Top with ripped and scrunched up slices of prosciutto and torn chunks of burrata.

Add fresh basil leaves, a drizzle of Masseria, and salt and pepper.
